Terms of Service

The artist reserves the right to decline any project at their discretion.The artist retains the right to cancel an order at any time, for any reason, with a full refund to the customer.Work-in-Progress Updates: The artist will provide updates on the progress of the project. These updates may be in low resolution for preview purposes. The final, high-resolution artwork will be delivered via Google Drive or Gmail.
Usage Rights
The artwork is intended for personal use only.The customer is NOT authorized to change, modify, edit, or use the artist's works without the artist's permission.The artist's signature must remain on all copies of the artwork.
The customer must not claim the artwork as their own and must always give proper credit to the artist (@lyssamrie).Reselling, redistribution, or any form of commercial use of the artwork is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from the artist.Commercial Use: Commercial use of the artwork, such as for products or marketing materials, requires separate negotiation and licensing agreements.
Payment Rules
Payment is due in full before work commences. No refunds will be issued once work has begun.Payments will be paid only through Gcash (for PHP) and Paypal (USD).Paypal payments will be made strictly via invoices and will be paid in USD.
Turnaround Time (TAT)
Estimated turnaround time is 3 days to 2 weeks, or up to 1 month depending on the complexity of the project and the artist's current schedule. This is an estimate and not a guaranteed delivery date.Commission Order Queue: Projects will be completed in the order they are received.Late Delivery: If the artist fails to deliver the completed artwork within 1 month of the agreed-upon timeframe, the customer is entitled to a full refund.
